Human Design Services

By purchasing any product or service from Human Design Services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Birth Details & Report Accuracy

All reports are created strictly from the birth details you provide (date, time, and place of birth).

It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Once a report has been generated and delivered, it cannot be amended, refunded, reissued, or discounted due to incorrect birth information submitted by you.

All work is completed in good faith based on the data provided.

2. Birth Time Check - $7 Verification Service

Before purchasing a report, you will be offered the option to purchase a Birth Time Check for $7.

This service:

Verifies your submitted birth time within professional Human Design software.
Checks for major structural shifts in your chart.
Provides email confirmation of whether your birth time appears stable.

This service does not include:

A written report
Interpretation or analysis
Birth time rectification

It is purely a technical verification.

If you choose not to purchase this service and later discover that your birth time was incorrect, no refunds, amendments, or reissued reports will be provided.

3. Birth Time Rectification (Separate Service)

Birth Time Rectification is a separate, more detailed service recommended if you are unsure of your exact birth time.

Rectification is strongly advised for:

Advanced readings
Any report beyond the introductory “My Divine Human Design” report
Readings involving Variables (Determination, Environment, Perspective, Motivation)

Variables are highly time-sensitive. An inaccurate birth time will result in inaccurate Variable information.

If you proceed without rectification and later determine your birth time was incorrect:

The report remains valid based on the data provided.
No refunds or discounted reissues will be offered.

4. “Take Me on a Journey” - Four Week Package

This package includes structured reports and four weeks of sessions.

After Week 1

If, after your first live session, you feel misaligned, uncomfortable, or wish not to continue, you may request a partial refund within 48 hours.

Refund terms:

The full standalone value of the initial report ($189) will be deducted.
The remaining balance will be refunded.
All future sessions will be cancelled.

The professional relationship concludes respectfully at that time.

After Week 2

Attendance at the second session confirms your agreement to continue.

After the second session has commenced:

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
The majority of the work for the full four-week process has already been completed in preparation and integration.

A change of mind after Week 2 does not qualify for a refund.

5. Digital Products - No Refund Policy

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered electronically.

This includes:

Reports
Gate or Channel Nuggets
Downloadable materials
Courses
Any digital content (paid or free)

Due to the nature of digital access, all sales are final.

6. Session Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows

All sessions must be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice via email.

If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided:

A reschedule will be offered.
The session will be worked into the existing calendar.
The next available preset appointment time will be offered within 48 hours of receiving your request.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given:

The practitioner will attend the session at the scheduled time.
The practitioner will wait online for 15 minutes.

If you do not attend within 15 minutes:

The session will be deemed a no-show.
The session will be forfeited.

Rescheduling after a no-show will only be considered:

If there is an available preset time in the calendar,
If it does not directly impact other booked clients,
And at the sole discretion of Human Design Services.

If extenuating circumstances apply, you must notify Human Design Services in writing outlining those circumstances. A decision regarding rescheduling will be made at the discretion of Human Design Services.

Human Design Services aims to be fair and understanding, while also protecting the time and commitments of all clients.

7. Recordings & Confidentiality

One-on-one online sessions involving report walkthroughs are recorded.

You will receive a digital copy of your session recording for personal use.

Ownership of all recordings remains with Human Design Services.

You agree not to:

Share
Distribute
Publish
Replicate
Commercially use any session recordings.

Human Design Services will not share your personal information or session content. All client information remains confidential.

8. No Medical, Psychological, Legal or Financial Advice

All services are provided for educational and self-development purposes only.

Human Design Services does not provide:

Medical advice
Psychological or psychiatric advice
Legal advice
Financial advice

You are fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.

9. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Human Design is an individual energetic system. Every person has a unique design and will interpret and integrate information differently.

The purpose of Human Design is personal awareness and experimentation.

Outcomes depend entirely on:

Your design
Your behaviour
Your decisions
Your willingness to integrate the material

No guarantees are made regarding transformation, relationships, business, health, or life outcomes.

10. Emotional Responsibility

Sessions and reports may explore personal or emotional themes.

You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own emotional wellbeing.
You will seek appropriate professional support where necessary.

Human Design Services is not responsible for emotional responses or decisions made following a session or report.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Human Design Services remains its intellectual property.

This includes:

Written reports
Interpretations
Frameworks
Session content
Recordings
Downloads
Educational material
Free or paid website content

While your design belongs to you, the interpretation, written expression, and structured presentation of that design provided by Human Design Services does not.

Materials may not be:

Reproduced
Shared publicly
Taught
Modified
Republished
Used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Age & Consent Responsibility

There is no age restriction for purchasing a report.

If purchasing for another person (including a child), you confirm that:

You have met any legal or personal consent requirements.
You are authorised to provide their birth information.

Human Design Services cannot verify consent between parties.

All responsibility for consent lies solely with the purchaser.

13. Specialised Services - Third Party Providers

The Specialised Services page features independent third-party practitioners and businesses offering complementary modalities.

These services may include:

Psychic readings
Courses
Energetic modalities
Mentoring
Other self-development services

If you purchase or select a service via this page:

Your details will be forwarded to the selected practitioner.
You will be connected directly with them.
All services, obligations, refunds, disputes, and outcomes are strictly between you and the third-party provider.

Human Design Services acts solely as an introducing party.

While practitioners are vetted for integrity and alignment, Human Design Services assumes no liability for:

Advice given
Outcomes experienced
Financial disputes
Scheduling issues
Professional conduct matters

Additional services and affiliated businesses may be added to this page in the future. Inclusion does not constitute employment, partnership, or joint liability.

Final Acknowledgment

By purchasing from Human Design Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
